Under the strategic goal of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality", industrial carbon emission reduction is one of the important tasks of China's high -quality economic development. The driver of carbon emissions is to clarify the industrial emission reduction path and design targeted carbon carbon carbon carbon. The emission reduction policy is of great significance. Professor Sun Xiaohua of the School of Economics and Management, "Sources of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in OECD COUNTRIES: Composition or Technology Effects" by Professor Sun Xiaohua of the School of Economics and Management. Relevant policy inspiration suggestions have been put forward for developing countries to promote green growth and the formulation of carbon emission reduction policies.
The changes in industrial carbon emissions come from the scale effect, structural effect, and technical effect of production brought by production: scale effect reflects the increase in emissions generated by the increase in economic output; structural effects represent the changes in the output structure of various industries; It is the change of the unit output emissions. In the past two decades, as an important part of the world economy, the State OECD has played a vital role in promoting green growth, and has achieved rich experience in energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on the data of the Economic Organization (OECD) national segmented industrial industry data, this article uses index decomposition methods to compare the influencing factors of industrial greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of various countries. The results of the study found that the decrease in OECD's overall greenhouse gas emissions mainly comes from structural effects. Specific driving factors of greenhouse gas emissions in various countries have heterogeneity. In addition, strict environmental supervision and high R & D intensity are conducive to industrial structure optimization and technological progress, while renewable energy consumption has nonlinear impact. The research on this article helps developing countries to promote green growth and formulate carbon emission reduction policies.
The paper was published in ECOLOGical Economics, an internationally renowned academic journal, and Dong Yan and Ren Junlin, the doctoral students, were the second and fourth authors. ECOLOGICAL ECONOMICS ecological economics is the JCR-1 area, AJG Samsung, and college TOP 10 journals. It ranks 27th in the 376 journals of the Economics subject category. The factor is 5.389 (five -year influence factor is 6.233). This thesis is the result of the Institute of Economic Research and Sustainable Green Growth Research Team in the direction of carbon emission reduction governance. It is also the design of the National Natural Science Foundation of Natural Science Foundation "Optimization and Governance System Design of Innovation Ecological Structure and Governance System (72074043)" on the National Natural Science Foundation of China (72074043).
