cool!Ningbo Beilun Students won the National Mes. in the World Robot Contest Finals

Recently, the World Robot Contest Finals and the Second China (Foshan) Intelligent Robot Expo were held in Foshan. The team of Ningbo Donghai Experimental School won the third place in the country.

The World Robot Contest Finals (WRCF) set up four major events of the Communist Robot Challenge, BCI Brain Control Robot Contest, Robot Application Contest, and Youth Robot Design Contest. A total of 41 groups and 98 groups, more than 2500 teams on the scene, and more than 25,000 people participated.

Contest

Four teams of 4 teams in Ningbo Donghai Experimental School played under the leadership of 3 teachers. After two days of competition, the four players of Le, Chen Shiyan, Zhang Minyu, and Ding Yutong stood out among more than 190 teams in the VEX-IQ Robotics Engineering Challenge. Calm and excellent adaptability won the national third place. The remaining three teams also won good results in the second and third prizes across the country.

In the contest

It is reported that in 2003, the Ningbo Donghai Experimental School established the youth robotic interest activity group, and in 2006, it officially established the S & C smart robot society. At present, from the first grade to the ninth grade, a series of sustainable development of robotic talents have been formed. This community is an academic communication organization composed of students at school. With the concept of "unity and cooperation, innovation practice", it enriches the students' amateur cultural life, stimulates the enthusiasm of students to learn robots, and builds the leading regional Beilun District. Intelligent robotics teaching and research bases have been well received by many inside and outside provinces.

The members of the community have won the first place in the provincial and municipal selection many times, ranking among the National Youth Robotics Competition. On behalf of the Chinese national team, the 2011, 2012, and 2013 Robotics World Championships were held in the United States, Germany, and Australia. In 2018, he won the first prize of the VEX project in the National Robotics Competition, and the provincial and municipal projects were ten consecutive championships. In 2019 and 2020, he won the first prize of the VEX project, the first prize of the VEX-VRC project, the best innovation award, and team cooperation award in the World Robot Contest.
