On the afternoon of July 7, the Education and Culture Bureau of Zhoukou Economic Development Zone found the "Huacui Education" institutions in the "Huacui Education" institution illegally conducting discipline training in the inspection. The scene involves 1 faculty and 16 students. The staff of the bureau criticized and educated the person in charge of the institution and preached the "dual reduction" policy, ordered them to immediately stop all illegal running behaviors; ordered the institution to complete the student refund work before 12 o'clock that night. At present, the agency has completed the refund of all participating students.

On July 8th, the Social Affairs Administration of Zhoukou Urban and Rural Integration Demonstration Zone received a report from the masses, saying that there was a disciplinary training course in violation of regulations in the residential building of Renhejiayuan Community in the demonstration area. After investigation, the training course conducted discipline training illegally in the residential building of the Renhe Home District, involving 1 faculty and staff (college students) and 35 students. The staff of the bureau criticized and educated the person in charge of the training class and preached the "dual reduction" policy, ordered them to immediately stop all illegal running behaviors, and notified parents to pick up students and refund the cost of training. At present, the training course has completed the refund of all participating students.
