On July 9th, the summer social practice team of Luxi "Island College" of Renji College of Wenzhou Medical University launched the "Teddy Bear Hospital+Baby School" activity in Luxi Central Primary School, bringing a unique medical experience to nearly 30 children journey of.
The "Teddy Bear Hospital" uses the image of cartoon bear to help children familiarize the medical treatment process, reasonably express the symptoms of patients, understand the basic healthy lifestyle, etc., eliminate children's fear of medical staff and hospitals, and promote their healthy development. At the same time, the "Baby School" project mainly launched a "simulated doctor" medical science education activity for children aged 0-12, relying on outstanding medical talent resources, and deeply practicing "Healthy China Action".
The practical team members were wearing white coats, with a stethoscope and homemade "X -ray machine" such as "professional" equipment. The children also sat in the waiting room early and waited patiently. After introducing the rules of medical treatment of the "Teddy Bear Hospital", the children took the teddy bear to "see a doctor", from the "registered office" to the "section", "full department clinic" and "radiology department". In a series of registered registered, in the standardized process of looking for clinics, consulting, paying, and taking medicines, the children understand the real consultation process through an interesting simulation of the medical treatment process.
During the "baby school" event, the children put on a mask and picked up the auscultation in a way, and passed a doctor "addiction". The players led the "little doctors" to unveil the mysterious veil of the doctor at all levels through explanation, demonstration, and practice. Different responsibilities of pharmacists, the purpose of common medical equipment, how to communicate with patients, thereby showing medical humanistic care. Letting children "be a doctor" is psychologically reducing children's fear of hospitals. A child who participated in the event said: "I am very happy in today's activities. I not only learned medical knowledge, but also made me less afraid of injections and medicine."
