Doctor of the School of Computer School (National Demonstration Software) of our school was selected as 2022 post -doctoral innovative support plan

On July 1, the list of "Poor Innovation Talent Support Plan" ("Bo New Plan") was officially announced on July 1st, and Dr. Zhang Huanhuan, the School of Computer, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (National Demonstration Software) was successfully selected.

Zhang Huanhuan, a PhD from the intelligent communication software and multimedia Beijing Key Laboratory (doctoral supervisor: Professor Ma Huadong) from the Institute of Computer and Telecommunications University of Posts and Telecommunications (National Demonstration Software). Since June 2022, he has been engaged in post -doctoral research at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (cooperative mentor: Academician Fei Aiguo). The research direction is mobile computing, low delay video transmission, and machine learning.

Dr. Zhang Huanhuan published a number of CCF A international conferences and journal papers as the first author, especially in the mobile computing and the top international conference in the field of mobile computing and the Internet. The research results are also published in international important journals such as top international conferences such as ACM UBIMP/Imwut, IEEE TMC, and IEEE TVT. A series of innovative work has been made in the field of low delay video transmission optimization. The results have served the mainstream domestic video platforms and were cited by many universities at home and abroad and promoted by enterprise applications. Participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China Innovation Research Group Project, National Key R & D Program Projects, and School -Enterprise Cooperation Projects, and have won honors such as national scholarships, Beijing outstanding graduates, and outstanding graduate cadres.

Post -doctoral innovative talent support plans are the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee to implement the "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Reform and improve the postdoctoral system" (National Office [2015] No. 87). Xiang Yuenian's top talent support plan aims to accelerate the cultivation of a group of outstanding young scientific and technological innovation talents entering the forefront of the world technology. It is an important measure to cultivate high -level innovative young talents in my country.
