1. Recruitment principle

Third, basic conditions

(1) New media collection and editing post

1. Age: Under 30 years of age (born after July 6, 1992); special excellent conditions can be relaxed appropriately, generally no more than 35 years of age (born after July 6, 1987).

2. Education: Bachelor degree or above of regular universities recognized by the state.

3. Have a certain level of planning creativity and writing ability, have certain social experience, clear ideas, and strong logic, have a keen insight and analysis ability for complex situations and problems, rational and objective, not to be radical and obedient.

4. With the experience of provincial media work, the work has won the priority of governments at or above the provincial level.

(2) Video designer

1. Age: Under 35 years of age (born after July 6, 1987), the particularly outstanding age can be relaxed appropriately, generally no more than 40 years of age (born after July 6, 1982).

2. Education: The formal undergraduate and above academic degree recognized by the state, the majors of art design are preferred.

3. With excellent aesthetic capabilities, have a wide understanding of the characteristics of the art communication of various media, have the ability to create new media visual products, have 1-2 years of visual design (dynamic/plane) actual work experience and mature projects The work is preferred.

4. Familiar with professional hand -drawn equipment and software, and familiar with dynamic video/graphic design process. Master the video special effects synthetic software AE, editing software PR, and three -dimensional animation software C4D, which can complete the project production independently and high quality.

5. With excellent creative ability, excellent copywriting skills and hand -drawn capabilities, it can independently complete work copywriting and division lens. The storyboard design can independently complete works with relatively simple technical requirements.

5. Recruitment procedure
