A few days ago, the results of the selection of post -doctoral innovative support plans (hereinafter referred to as the "Bo New Plan") were announced in 2022. A total of 26 people on our school were on the list.

The "Bo Xin Plan" is a postdoctoral talent plan implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee. At present, the national talent program with the most funded post -doctoral personnel.

The results of the "Bo Xin Plan" fully reflect the progress and effectiveness of the post -doctoral system reform and post -doctoral team building in recent years.

Postdoctoral researchers are the vital army of scientific and technological innovation. The school has always attached great importance to the construction and development of post -doctoral teams. In 2019, our university formulated the "Implementation Measures for the Construction of Fudan University's Post -Doctoral Team" to launch the reform and innovation of post -doctoral system. By optimizing the allocation of resources, increasing salary and benefits, and vigorously implementing the super -doctoral system, the construction of doctoral teams has entered the fast track, and new breakthroughs and new results have been achieved.

The recruitment quality is significantly improved

In the review of the "International Import" project (the first batch) of China's post -doctoral international exchange plan in 2022, 21 introduced personnel outside the sea (border) of our school received funding, and the introduction of the number of introductions and the quality of introduction ranks among the forefront of universities across the country. At the same time, the attractiveness of outstanding doctoral doctors in China has increased significantly, and the number of doctoral graduates of top colleges and scientific research institutes in China has increased year by year.

High -level results are constantly emerging

In recent years, postdoctoral post -doctoral has published high -level papers on top international publications; various scientific research achievements have continuously set a historical high. In the 71st batch of Chinese post -doctoral science funds in 2022, a total of 106 postdoctoral selection of our school was selected, and the number of funders exceeded 100 people for the first time, ranking among the forefront of colleges and universities across the country.

Innovation and entrepreneurial vitality is constantly stimulating

In the first National Post -Doctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition held in December 2021, the delegation of Fudan University won 5 gold and 2 silver and 5 bronze.

In recent years, the significant results of the school's postdoctoral team building have fully illustrated that institutional reform and innovation are a powerful driving force for promoting career development. The "first Fudan" construction requirement and actively embrace the general trend of disciplinary integration and innovation.
