Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Association, Jiangsu Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Federation, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education jointly issued a document to publish the list of identification of the Jiangsu Provincial Science Education Base in 2022. Jiangnan University School of Science Popularization Base has more than 240 square meters of scientific quality expansion centers, more than 120 square meters of scientific exhibition halls, more than 80 square meters of innovative studios, and more than 80 sets of supporting equipment. The theme of the base is "Physics and Modern Technology" to offer scientific quality expansion courses. The content of the course involves mechanics, thermalology, vibration, fluctuations, acoustic, electromagnetics, mechanical, optoelectronic and information technology, materials, modern physics and other fields. Course display methods include physical, models, pictures, animations, etc. The participation methods can be audiovisual, interactable, and can be innovative. The base held more than dozens of science popularization activities each year, and nearly 10,000 visitors were accepted by visiting visits. Related activities were reported by many media.
