Report Abstract

● This lecture briefly describes the market prospects of single crystal silicon carbide materials and the development status of domestic and foreign silicon carbide base materials, introduce the basic principles of wafer grinding, polishing, cleaning and other processing processes. And difficulties, given feasible technical routes and development trends, and analyze the rationality of domestic silicon -based substrate products, and put forward guidance.

● Main research direction and scientific research results: chemical mechanical polishing of compound semiconductor materials; large -scale integrated circuit blocking layer material chemical mechanical flat technology.
