Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education announced the list of project projects of Shaanxi Provincial Teachers' Education Reform and Teacher Development Research Project in 2022. Five items including the "Innovative Proficiency Factors and Improvement Paths of College Teachers Teaching Innovation and Improvement Path" by Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology were approved. The research project of Shaanxi Provincial Teachers' Education Reform and Teacher Development is a newly established teaching reform research topic of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. After recommending the relevant education administrative departments and relevant units (schools), the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education received a total of 434 application projects and finally approved 150 projects.
