The Indian Higher Education Supervision Institutions College Funding Committee officially announced the launch of this cooperation plan in April and stated that the cooperation procedures of Indian universities and overseas universities do not need to be approved by the Indian University Federation Committee. Jagadesh Kumar, chairman of the Indian university funding committee, proposed that the college funding committee will help about 100 Indian universities' principals and overseas universities establish international cooperation relations.

However, there are some professionals in Indian universities with caution. They believe that before cooperating with overseas universities, we should give priority to reforming India's country. For example, how should various universities in India allocate resources? Which professional fields can give priority to establishing cooperative relationships with overseas universities? How to solve the cost of Indian students during overseas universities? Only by solving these problems can the internationalization process of Indian universities be smoother and lasting.

Vivienne Stern, head of the International Department of the UK University Alliance, believes that India and some British universities have established partnerships and are discussing how to deepen cooperation. As the pace of dialogue between the two parties accelerates, the framework agreement needs to be established in the future, and consensus will be reached on key areas such as mutual credits of various institutions.

Stern said that dual degrees and joint degrees provide more possibilities for Indian students, allowing Indian students to open up their international perspective and have more opportunities to improve their professional level.
