According to the "Notice on the Implementation Opinions on Printing and Distributing Assistant General Doctors' Training (Trial)" (National Health Science and Health Education [2016] No. 14), including the former National Health and Family Planning Commission and other 6 departments. Notice of Health Talent Training "(National Health Office Teaching Letter [2022] No. 170) and other documents, in order to do a good job of training and enrollment of assistant general doctors in our province in 2022, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Basic situation

According to the enrollment plan assigned to our province by the National Health and Health Commission, 400 people in our provincial assistant general doctors were recruited in 2022.

Second, the scope of enrollment

It is intended to work in the general medical posts of grass -roots medical institutions in our province, and has a graduate of a college degree in clinical medical majors in ordinary full -time colleges and universities.

After 2020, our province has entered the high -professions (college) graduates of the general medical posts of rural primary medical institutions for general medical posts.

The 2022 session of the rural orders for rural areas for targeted free medical graduates must participate in the assistance of the assistant general training after registration. The training base is designated by the targeted city and county health and health departments.

Do not recruit non -clinical majors such as traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese and western medicine, dental medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and video, and do not recruit free medical students in rural orders for rural orders.

Assistant General Doctors Training has not been reported after being enrolled in the base after being enrolled or withdrawn from himself. As of August 31, 2022, it is not allowed to apply for the exam.

3. Admissions process

Fourth, training process

The training time for assistant general doctors is 24 months. The unit appointed objects to participate in the training of assistant general doctors. 5. Work requirements

(1) Pay attention to. Municipal and county health administrative departments should attach great importance to the timely publicity of the notification to medical institutions in their jurisdictions. The medical institutions in the area under their jurisdictions combine clinical work and appoint in -service doctors who meet the enrollment conditions to participate in the training of assistant general doctors. Each assistant training base should do a good job of enrollment promotion, registration review, assessment and other tasks to ensure the successful completion of admissions tasks.

(2) Strengthen publicity. Admissions charter (template see attachment 2) is an effective means to propagate the training of assistant general doctors. Each base should conscientiously do a good job of formulating the enrollment charter. The enrollment constitution was reported to the Provincial Health and Health Committee Science and Technology Education and International Cooperation Office for review by July 5th. The core elements must not be short -short, and the key content cannot be blurred. (3) Strictly organize. Each training base shall strictly implement the admissions plan issued by the Provincial Health and Health Commission, and refine the training tasks according to the capacity of the training base. It is necessary to check the qualification review, strictly organize the theoretical examination and clinical ability evaluation, and do a good job of enrollment and admission according to the time node.

(4) Highlight the focus. According to the requirements of the National Health and Health Commission, all bases should ensure the completion of the overall enrollment tasks, actively create conditions, and formulate preferential treatment policies. For the base that cannot complete the enrollment task, deduct the corresponding subsidy funds.

(5) Discipline. Each training base shall strictly implement the relevant provisions of the training and enrollment, and shall be criticized for reporting the training base that violates discipline and regulations. For training applicants who falsify in the training enrollment work, they will cancel their registration and admission qualifications. Those who do not report or return after admission shall not sign up for the training of assistant general doctors within 2 years since the termination of training.
