Analysis of the disadvantages of traditional model development

Regardless of the reason, students must go to the relevant departments of the school to go through the procedures for departure from a university, such as returning the borrowed books, moving from the existing dormitory, receiving a graduation certificate and a degree certificate.

In the traditional information model, the processing of these procedures requires students to apply for the initiative, or a batch application is initiated by a certain department to review the application through various business departments.

If all business departments are approved, students can leave after receiving the graduation certificate and degree certificate, and officially end the college study life.

The traditional model has the following characteristics:

The departure business is a processed business. It is initiated by a department or someone, and after approval by some links, the process is completed.

After completing the review link of each business system, compare the results in the original business system in the departure business.

The operation in the departure business is basically a data batch import or a state switching of a single student.

Compared with the past paper review of traditional models, it is undoubtedly a progress and the best choice under data decentralization. However, with the deepening of data settings and the improvement of data quality, the backwardness of this model has gradually revealed:

In order to optimize the departure business, the Information Office first sorted out the process of leaving the school. As shown in Figure 1, the student's normal graduation and departure school as an example. In the existing model, the Academic Affairs Office provides the list of graduates to the relevant business audit department. The list of various business audit departments compares the data in the business system in which the business system is given, and the results are given, and the business system is introduced.

Based on the existing business situation, the information office formulated the following optimization principles:

The new business informatization system must meet the principle of intensive construction of the school;

Make full use of existing equipment to achieve self -service and intelligent operations;

Practical and easy -to -use, less construction system, more services;

To build a system, the microservice architecture is used to reuse existing resources and architecture as much as possible.

Under the guidance of the above principles, the Information Office conducted a business research with various business departments, and found its business system and data status quo. After multiple rounds of discussions, the Information Office finally decided not to handle the departure business in a serial process, but let the data run more legs and let the students from school exempt from sharing the school; The portal platform automatically reminds students what else to do before leaving school.

The important task corresponding to the system design is the sorting of business rights and responsibility. The Student Office took the lead, and the Information Office combined with the results of the early investigation to make a responsibility to the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Office, the Finance Office, the Library, the school hospital, and other relevant departments, and authorized the data to obtain data from the new business system.

New mode design details

After investigating the business department, the Information Office found that some departments maintained data by the information system, and the other departments rely on the Excel form maintenance data. For data; regarding data sharing models, various departments also have differences. For library and other accounting data, they can directly provide sharing through the data view method. Based on confidentiality and security requirements, the financial system needs to provide interfaces for data sharing for data sharing. Essence

During the research process, the Information Office also found a problem that requires manual confirmation: the data shared by some business system departments are not necessarily authoritative data. For example, at a special stage of this year's epidemic prevention and control, some students are not at school before graduation, nor can they cannot do it. Back to the school to return the book, it is allowed to leave the school in accordance with the policy and regulations, but the arrears of the arrears of the book still exist, which has caused the unclear review mark. In this regard, we have clearly that the "logo is not clear" does not belong to the issue of departure business. In principle, it should be confirmed by the business department to identify how to "review and pass". However, in order to optimize the process, the new departure business will provide data collection functions for departments that exist in the problem in the school data collection platform. In the new business model, the school implements the principle of "unified portals". Teachers and students only need to log in to the school's digital portal to understand the official information of the school and what they need to handle. To this end, the Information Office provides the block shown in Figure 3 in the digital portal.
