According to reports, as of the end of May, the third batch of 616 off -school training complaints reported by the State Council's Internet+inspection, the official website of the Ministry of Education, and the "China Education Supervision" WeChat public account reporting platform was basically completed. Multi -measures in various places to work together, comprehensively apply to solve the problem of "refund difficulties" with various methods such as direct refund, levying legal channels, and providing replacement services. At the same time, investigate and deal with illegal training in accordance with laws and regulations. The inspection found that more than 130 clues of violations of regulations were mainly manifested in illegal charges, using the summer vacation and national legal holiday organization training, no qualified training, online training for preschool children 3-6 years old, and illegal push training advertisements.

At present, all clues of violations have been transferred to local inspection and disposal. These issues reflect that although individual online training institutions have turned into non -profit, the impulse of profit -seeking is still there; although the pre -collection fee has been included in the fund supervision, it still has illegal acts in various ways to "wipe the ball" and test the bottom line of supervision. Although off -campus training governance has achieved certain results, it still has a long way to go.

In the next step, the Ministry of Education will instruct the provinces that have not been processed to complete the inspection and disposal as soon as possible to promote dynamic clearance. The provinces with a lot of complaints and reports have been discussed to guide localities to strengthen daily supervision of off -campus training institutions that have more complaints, and conduct random checks on key issues that have been verified and resolved in various localities to ensure that the inspection and disposal work is solid and effective.
