At the same time, the epidemic has an impact on the flow of international talents. The geopolitical issue has made the current world situation full of uncertainty, and also changes the pattern of international study abroad. Traditional studying countries such as the United States hold unilateralist policies, and the epidemic is relatively negative, and the number of international students has decreased significantly; while studying abroad countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc. attract international students with more positive policies, so that many overseas students have begun to re -consider Study abroad country.

In addition, in order to further promote the development of Chinese study and international education, the global think tank (CCG) put forward seven related suggestions:

First, effectively solve the difficulties related to studying abroad and form a "safe study abroad" mechanism under the change.

Third, encourage new first -tier and quasi -first -tier cities to increase their efforts to attract overseas students to innovate and entrepreneurship. Fifth, play the role of overseas students in public management and global governance. Sixth, studying abroad is still an important channel for the training of international talents. It should actively build an international talent training ecosystem. Seventh, establish a full chain management system for studying in China to enhance my country's international talent cultivation capabilities.
