At the meeting, Huang Zheng, Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Education Commission, Ma Ranxi, Deputy Minister of Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Government's Press Office of the Municipal Government, awarded the license to the Foreign Language Education Innovation and Development Research Center of Chongqing General Undergraduate College. Vice Minister Ma Ranxi analyzed the situation and challenges facing foreign propaganda work in recent years from the perspective of the overall situation and opportunities, changes and struggles, and emphasized the importance of international communication capabilities and the construction of foreign discourse and narrative systems. In the reform of education and teaching innovation, we will improve political standing, make good use of teaching resources, and strengthen results, and make greater efforts to Chongqing's international communication work.
