In 2013, I came to Jiaotong University and established the Shanghai Jiaotong University Marine Research Institute with the support of all parties. In 2022, I just finished my 65th birthday. I have organized a dream of Chinese polar scientific research voyages for 10 years. At the end of the rainbow, I led a group of young scientists and students to solve the major issues of food security and climate change in the world, supporting the economy and society. Sustainable development. Studentology in the sea is a kind of inheritance. Our teachers have visited Antarctica, Arctic, Qinghai -Tibet Plateau, and Mariana Trench many times to explore the unexpected situation of human beings.
