On September 25, 2022, the second session of the Graduate Graduate (MPA) Case Competition of the Public Management Master of Public Management in North China was held in Tianjin. The 46 teams from 7 MPA training units were fiercely competitive. In the end, the Hebei Normal University team won the special prize. 3 teams including Hebei University of Technology and Hebei University of Economic and Trade won the first prize. Equal awards; 8 teams including Hebei University won third prizes. The top 11 award -winning teams in the competition will represent Hebei Province.

A total of 20 teams entered the finals after blind review scores and preliminary competitions from 7 MPA training units in Hebei Province. The case submitted by the 20 teams involves ecological environment, grass -roots governance, epidemic prevention and control, community services, transportation travel, live broadcast and goods, urban construction, village appearance, tourism industry, pension model, college education, etc. The participating teams conducted in -depth discussions and analysis of social hotspots around their respective case texts, and finally the four teams entered the finals.

In the finals, the four teams revolved around the final cases, and conducted more intense arguments and competitions from different perspectives on "introduction of high -level talents", "decentralization of service", and policy implementation issues. After scoring the judges, the "Except 'Explosion' Anliang Team" won the prize of the "Except 'Explosion' Anliang Team". Eight teams including the University of Technology "Beauty Girl Team" won the second prize; 8 teams including Hebei University's "Iron Extract Tie into a Dipping Team" won the third prize. After full discussion by the jury, the competition also selected multiple single rewards such as the best organization award, the best case award, the best instructor award, and the most valuable player award.

At the closing ceremony, Yan Wenbo thanked the judges for their hard work and guidance support, and congratulated the award -winning teams. He encouraged the winning students to make persistent efforts, improve the text text, make enough preparations, and strive to achieve good results in the MPA case contest of Hebei Province. Zhang Hui said that this competition has played a positive significance for strengthening the exchanges between the MPA training colleges in Hebei Province, which is conducive to improving the ability of MPA graduate students to use public management theory to solve practical problems, and look forward to the future cases of public management in Hebei Province. The contest continued to create a brand, and made greater contributions to improving the quality of MPA training in Hebei Province.

Holding a public management degree case contest is to encourage MPA students to improve the ability to use theory to solve practical problems through social research, case writing and analysis, and on -site argumentation.
