Scope of declaration:

The employer passed the "Shandong Provincial Expert Service Information Platform" (https://zjfw.rcsd.cn), and according to the process of "agreement filing", "process description", and "fund declaration" to apply for funding for qualified academicians.

(2) Process description. After completing the "agreement filing" and "process description", the employer selected the application for living and scientific research subsidies to apply for life and scientific research subsidies through the system, and summarized the cooperation information form and appointment of academicians signed and confirmed by academicians.

Material submission and review:

The appointment of academician materials shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security after being reviewed by the competent department after reviewing it. All competent departments are requested to complete the materials review and submission by October 20. The overdue system will only retain the "agreement filing" and "process description" business, and no longer accept the annual funding declaration.

Other types of enterprises and institutions are submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security after being reviewed by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the district and cities in accordance with the principles of territory. The appointment of academicians shall be applied for online declarations through the system. The Jining City application unit is requested to submit the application materials to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau through the system before October 10.

The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the provincial competent authorities of each city should attach great importance to it, actively publicize the launch, do a good job of organizing declarations, comprehensively arranging the cooperation between the region, the department and the academician, and effectively bear the responsibility for the authenticity of the materials.

The Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will do a good job of reviewing, verifying and performance evaluation of the appointment and scientific research subsidy application of academicians in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, and issue funds for appointment academicians according to the evaluation results. 4. In order to do a good job in the service of academicians, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will take the initiative to directly issue the "Shandong Huicai Card" for the appointment of academicians to provide high -level talent green channel services in the province.
