Tsinghua ushered in three new vice presidents

According to the news on September 21st by Tsinghua University News Network, a few days ago, the superior decided that Zhao Yan served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Supervisor of the State Supervision Commission in Tsinghua University; Xu Qinghong served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University. Jiang Peixue, Wang Hongwei, and Li Luming served as vice presidents of Tsinghua University (one year of probation period).

Zhao Yan

Zhao Yan, male, Han nationality, born in January 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctor of engineering, professor. In March 2019, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Since August 2022, he has served as Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Tsinghua University, and since September 2022, he has been a supervisory commissioner of the State Supervision Commission in Tsinghua University.

Jiang Peixue

Jiang Peixue, male, Han nationality, born in September 1964, member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D. in Engineering, Professor, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In November 2017, he served as the director of the Department of Energy and Power Engineering of Tsinghua University, and in Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University in December 2020. Since September 2022, he has served as the vice president of Tsinghua University.

Xu Qinghong

Xu Qinghong, male, Han nationality, born in October 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctor of engineering, researcher. In November 2015, he served as the Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University. In July 2017, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University. Since August 2022, he has served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University.

Wang Hongwei

Wang Hongwei, male, Manchu, born in January 1974, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctorate in science, professor. In October 2021, he was the assistant to the president of Tsinghua University. Since September 2022, he has served as the vice president of Tsinghua University.

Li Luming

Li Luming, male, Han nationality, born in February 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, doctor of engineering, professor. In June 2018, he served as Dean of the Academy of Aeronautics and Aviation of Tsinghua University. Since September 2022, he has served as the vice president of Tsinghua University.
