According to the spirit of the editorial committee meeting of the Zhangzhou Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, in the second half of 2022, Zhangzhou City's direct vocational, primary and secondary schools, and kindergartens intend to continue to be transferred to some teachers. The basic conditions and procedures will be announced.

1. Basic conditions

1. The applicant belongs to the separation of the two places (the applicant and spouse work in the Tancheng District and Longwen District, both of which are not belonging to the scope of the definition of the distinction between the two places and the kindergarten teacher to mobilize the two places);

2. The full funding of the education system is compiled by teachers (including teaching assistants);

3. If the applicant has worked for more than 5 years (as of December 2022) and completed the service period of 5 years (including foreign) schools (as of December 2022), the unit and the competent department of the personnel relationship are agreed to transfer;

4. Application spouses in municipal institutions, public institutions or municipalities in Zhang -state -owned enterprises in Zhang (reference in Zhangzhong and provincial units) have caused the two places for three years (as of December 2022) or above;

5. Consistency of the access conditions for the education industry (including teacher qualifications, academic qualifications, etc.);

6. The receiving municipal school has a shortage of residue in the year and the applicant's discipline professional positions;

7. Expert interviews and teacher ethics assessment organized by the school are all qualified and above.

2. Movement program

1. The applicant submits an application to fill in the "Sub -Signation Report" and "The Application Materials Checking List of the Separation of the two places in the Zhangzhou Direct Education System";

2. The applicant's school and personnel authority agrees to transfer and stamp;

3. The applicant submits relevant application materials to the Personnel Section of the Municipal Education Bureau (the "Report on Cadre Movement", "Zhangzhou Direct Education Systems Separation Settlement Application Material Checking List", Education, Professional Title, Teacher Qualification Certificate, Marriage Certificate, etc.);

4. The Personnel Section of the Municipal Education Bureau accepts and reviews the basic conditions of the applicant, and those who are qualified will be arranged in accordance with the needs of the municipal primary and secondary schools and kindergarten disciplines, and the school plans to receive the school;

5. Applicants who pass the qualified applicants participate in interviews and teacher ethics assessments organized by the school;

6. According to factors such as the level of education and teaching ability of the applicant and the degree of family difficulties, the party group of the Municipal Education Bureau has determined to be transferred to the candidates;

7. Report the approval in accordance with relevant procedures;

8. Publicity results.

3. Apply for acceptance time

This application acceptance time is from September 26, 2022 to October 18 (acceptance on normal working days).

Teachers who meet the above conditions can submit a transfer application. The Editorial Committee of the Municipal Editor -in -law approved that the control limit of the municipal primary and secondary schools and kindergarten teachers each year is 20. In the first half of this year, 15 people have been transferred to the first half of this year. In the first half of the year, teachers who have submitted applications and qualified after review can submit their personal commitments to continue to use the original application materials without having to re -apply.
