Recently, two junior high schools in Shijiazhuang have officially renamed. Among them, the Shijiazhuang Ishijiazhuang Experimental School of the original Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School was officially renamed the 48th Middle School of Shijiazhuang City; the junior high school of the original Shijiazhuang No. 1 Middle School was officially renamed the 47th Middle School of Shijiazhuang City.

On the morning of September 13, the unveiling ceremony was held at the 48th Middle School (Municipal Second Middle School in the middle of the city).

Shijiazhuang No. 48 Middle School was formerly the second middle school of Shijiazhuang Middle School. In 2009, with the approval of the Shijiazhuang Education Bureau, Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School transferred to a private middle school -Shimen Experimental School of Shijiazhuang, and was the Shimen Campus of Shijiazhuang Second Middle School Education Group. In 2022, in accordance with the "Notice on Regulating the Holding or Participating in Private Compulsory Education Schools" issued by the eight departments such as the Ministry of Education, with the approval of the Shijiazhuang Education Bureau, the school was transferred to a public junior high school and officially named Shijiazhuang City 40th City. Eighth Middle School (Municipal No. 2 Middle School).

The junior high school of Shijiazhuang No. 1 Middle School has been transferred to publicly run, and officially renamed the 47th Middle School of Shijiazhuang City (Junior High School in Shijiazhuang No. 1 Middle School).
