The "Hefei Youth Science and Technology Innovation Mayor Award" (hereinafter referred to as the "Mayor Award") was first established in the provincial capital cities in October 2003, and was selected once a year. The "Mayor Award" is the highest honor of Youth's scientific and technological innovation activities in Hefei, with no more than 10 people each year.
