For media practitioners, "arriving at the scene" should be a basic literacy. It can verify the facts of the news and give the report a sense of live.

Some people even discussed: Does the reporter still rush to the scene as soon as possible?

In the new media era, the update of communication technology has brought tremendous changes to the entire journalist.
