Lin Jianguo, 53, was born in South Sun Island and grew in South Sun Island. In 1991, he returned to the island after graduating from a normal college and taught in the South Japan Military and Civilian Primary School. In this local area, Lin Jianguo kept plowing and moving forward, and it was 31 years.

The island school teachers' shortage, each teacher is both a few positions. For many years, Lin Jianguo has coached Chinese, mathematics, music and other subjects. Although the subject span is large and the teaching is difficult, he has never shaken because of his hard work. Today, as the principal, he also serves as a class teaching.

"Students say good classrooms." From the beginning of the podium, Lin Jianguo taught while learning, continuously charging and improved himself, and exploring teaching methods that are suitable for students. He pays attention to consolidating the teaching routine, closely linked to the three -ring section before, in the middle of the class, and after the class, builds high -efficiency classrooms, guide students to learn independently, and cultivate good learning habits. In response to the poor foundation and thin foundation of some students, he often used the class time to stay in the office to counsel students' homework. The office seemed to be another "home".

Most of the island children are left -behind children. In addition to imparting knowledge to them, they also need to give their minds and guidance. Adhering to the simplicity of "love for life, teach students, treat students, treat life like friends", Lin Jianguo took the initiative to approach students, cares about their lives and studies, and became a "big brother" in the minds of children. Many students and parents trust him very much, and they usually find him when they encounter any difficulties. A student's parents worked abroad for a long time. The student was later admitted to the junior and high school in the city. Lin Jianguo enthusiastically helped take the school to register.

In September 2013, Lin Jianguo was arranged to be arranged to the President of South Rippi Elementary School with a more difficult conditions. "The playground weeds were high to half a person, and the teaching building was not pushing for hydropower. There was a big pit at the school gate ..." Lin Jianguo recalled that the difficulties at that time were unexpected. In order to improve the school's schooling conditions as soon as possible, he often runs in many ways and actively launch alumni donations. With his efforts, the playground was filled with cement and placed plastic runway. The basketball court was renovated. The various function rooms were complete. The school passed the basic balanced acceptance evaluation of the provincial compulsory education at one time, becoming the "demonstration school" on the island.

Five years later, Lin Jianguo returned to the South Japan Military and Civilian Primary School as the principal. Relying on the characteristics of the Shuang support work, he carried out military training among students above the third grade, organized the student drum team to send a farewell veteran, and invited officers and soldiers of the island forces to teach on campus, and cultivated the children's love of the party and patriotism from an early age.

Once, Lin Jianguo had many opportunities to go out of the island, but he gave up. "I am the son of the island. My original intention of being a teacher is for the children of my hometown. I want to stay here." Lin Jianguo said that his old man also taught the books on the island for a lifetime. The reason they persist. As the principal, he was all a good teacher's "waiter", leading everyone to overcome difficulties, sowing love and wisdom, and inserting wings for the dreams of the island baby.
