Recently, Professor Liu Runhui of Huawi Materials College has achieved breakthrough results in the study of vascular endothelial biomass materials. As an internal barrier of the vascular dermatology, the vascular endothelial layer plays a key role in many physiological and pathological processes. However, the endothelial layer damage caused by artificial vascular and vascular stent implantation can cause problems such as excessive proliferation and platelet activation of smooth muscle cells, which eventually cause endometrial hyperplasia and thrombosis. Therefore, selectively promote the growth of endothelial cells and promoting rapid endothelium is one of the most effective strategies to maintain the long -term smoothness of blood vessels. At present, only the extremely limited type of extracellular matrix (ECM) polypeptide (REDV and YIGSR) is often used to promote the active ingredients of biomass endothelium. However, these polypeptides are prone to enzymatic disintegration, body stability and functional effects, expensive and difficult preparation, and limited their actual applications. This study designed and discovered a new polymer strategy, which realizes the significant selectivity and excellent promotion of fast endothelialization function of endothelial cells. In addition, β-polypeptide polymers are prepared through a pot of polymerization, which has excellent antinase hydrolysis capabilities and stability. Compared with the advantages of low-priced and easy synthesis of polypeptides It is of great significance for the research and related applications of vascular endothelium.
