The official resume shows that Shao Xinyu was born in November 1968 and was from Jingjiang, Jiangsu. Professor, doctoral supervisor, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Ministry of Education's "Changjiang Scholars Reward Program" specially -appointed professor, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, and chief scientist of the "973 Project".

In August 1986, 18 -year -old Shao Xinyu joined the Communist Party of China at Jingjiang County Middle School, Jiangsu, and was dismissed to the Chinese University of Technology (later renamed Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and is currently the University of Science and Technology of China) mechanism.
