From 1979 to 1986, I studied undergraduate and master's degree from the Falun University of the People's Congress. After graduating, I have been teaching for a doctoral degree from 1995 to 1998). I grew up in a small village named Chengtang in the western part of Yixian County in Huizhou; after I finished the elementary school in the village, I took the test after the small school and attended the submerged middle school; during the high school stage, I attended the temporary of Chengkan Kan Middle School, Iwo Middle School and the college entrance examination for the college entrance examination. Collect "May 7th University". In retrospect, the experience of studying and studying in elementary and middle schools can be described as extremely difficult. What has always been supported is that he always believes that knowledge can enrich yourself.

At the stage of elementary and junior high school, the school's teaching is very irregular. Teachers basically belong to the "private teachers" outside the preparation, and their own level is extremely general. Therefore, there is no real useful knowledge in the classroom. At that time, extracurricular readings were extremely scarce. Fortunately, there were two newspapers for reading every day in my family. One was "Anhui Daily" and the other was "Reference News". Among them, "Reference News" has the greatest impact on me. It can be said that this newspaper is my first teacher in the real sense, and it is also my only spiritual sustenance at the time; it let me know that there is another world outside the land, and what is happening in another world. Sometimes, I will tell other friends what I know from it, and I have gained some sense of accomplishment. Now think about it, I chose the Constitution as the object of teaching and research in the future, and it has a great relationship with this newspaper.

At that time, the recommended system was adopted, and only 5%of students had the opportunity to get recommendation to continue reading. The rest of the students could only return to their hometown to work. Due to the difficulty of mobilizing work, the school wanted to set me a typical example of taking the lead in returning home to farmers, and resolutely disagreed to recommend me to go to high school. There was no college entrance examination at the time, and I didn't know that there would be a college entrance examination in the future, but I was thinking about going to school. After some unimaginable processes, the school reluctantly agreed that I was in Chengkan Middle School. This middle school has Shibalishan Road, there is no classroom (class in the hometown of the villagers), no student dormitory (living on the second floor of the villagers), the source of funding is a brick kiln Non -technical tasks such as the kiln (one of the most bitter and most tiring and tired survival plans in the process of brick kiln). The experience of studying in Chengkan Middle School can be described as sorrowful and happy. What is happy is that teachers are basically public teachers, and most of them graduate from famous universities. They have a high knowledge and a high level of teaching. I have never heard of it before, so it has become the longest stage of my knowledge. The sadness is that after I studied for more than a year, the school had a lack of funds. At this time, the college entrance examination had been recovered, but I had no books to read. I could only go home. Nevertheless, after returning home, I still insist on studying every day. Fortunately, a few months later, Iwo Middle School accepted several students with better academic performance.

The hard work of learning is reflected in heavy physical labor. From the fourth grade of elementary school to graduate from junior high school. At that time, the cattle adopted a contract system. A cow was responsible for 365 days a year. Starting in the first grade of junior high school, I also need to use the production team labor every Saturday afternoon, Sunday, and winter and summer vacations. The main content of the summer vacation is to participate in the grabbing of early rice and late rice (commonly known as "double grabbing"). The main content of the winter vacation labor is Participate in the basic construction of farmland such as dredging. I remember the next day when I came home after the college entrance examination, I participated in the weeding of the production team and was digging sweet potatoes when I received an admission notice from the National People's Congress.

After the college entrance examination score came out, I was facing the major life choice of filling in the volunteer. To be honest, my parents and I have completely unaware of the characteristics and requirements of different universities, and my heart is extremely anxious. In fact, according to the score, I can report to the four -character university next to the National People's Congress, but this is also the last word. At the beginning, when I was raising chess, a person who looked like a teacher told me that I should fill in the "Renmin University of China". I asked, "Why?" He replied, "Students who graduated from the National People's Congress have the opportunity to be a cadre." I asked again, "How do you know?" He replied, his uncle went to Xinjiang after graduating from the National People's Congress. cadre. The evidence of his words is sufficient and can't help but believe it. So I did not hesitate to fill in all the volunteers as Renmin University of China.

Looking back at the past, if he did not actively strive to go to high school, there would be no chance to go to college; if you did not hear the teacher's suggestion in time, you would have a loss with the people's congresses, and there is still an inextricable bond with the people's congress.

The biggest and deepest feeling after I enrolled can only be described as "shock". For me who hasn't seen many extracurricular books, there are many books that are shocked by the school library; for me who is a freshman, there are workers, the PLA, the cadres of the organs, and even a high school teacher in the classmates of the same class. The reason is that almost all students are studying and accepting new knowledge in the class and class. At that time, the study conditions and living conditions were rude — a classroom in the classroom of the building was crowded with the legal department and the news of the news. In high school, I felt good in learning, but after entering the National People's Congress, I found that I was fully behind my classmates in terms of knowledge, and even felt "Bai Ding". When classmates or in the classroom or in the dormitory discussion, they couldn't talk at all. The teacher couldn't get up to answer questions when asking questions in the classroom. Criminal law and other courses have case analysis and discussions, witnessing some "old" students stand up and analyze, endlessly, deeply feel the shortcomings in the aspects of knowledge, professional knowledge, logic, and analysis capabilities. What is even more angry is that these very good "old" students are still very struggling in their studies. It can be said that my entire university stage is to strive to catch up with these "old" classmates in knowledge.

The course of the master's degree is relatively easy, but new pressure has occurred. First, the other two students in the same major as me are slightly older than me. They have a wide knowledge, deep experience, studying and work hard, and their mouths are excellent. All of them are fighting first, and everyone is unwilling to fall behind.

Fortunately, I survived the undergraduate stage and survived the master's degree. Thank you for the trust of the college leaders and teachers for letting me stay in the school to teach until today.

As a senior and teacher, I want to share with you a few points of studying and work at the National People's Congress:
