3 graduate students from Southwest Forestry University won the 11th "Liang Xi Excellent Student Award"

Recently, the results of the eleventh "Liangxi Excellent Student Award" selected by the Chinese Forestry Society were announced. The 2019 Grade Wild Animal and Plants Protection and Dr. Wang Ting, a graduate student of the 2019 Grade of Biological Diversity Protection of Southwest Forestry University, Chen Jianxin, a graduate student of the 2019 Master of Forest Protection, and Li Jiangfei, a graduate student of Forestry School of Forestry in 2019, won this award.

The selection of the "Liangxi Excellent Student Award" was received from 99 candidates reported from 34 colleges and universities across the country. A total of 63 scholarship students were selected.

It is understood that the "Liang Xi Excellent Student Award" was founded to commemorate the famous forestologists and forestry educators of our country, Mr. Liang Xi, the first Minister of Forestry in my country. Students firmly establish the scientific spirit of "dedication, innovation, truthfulness, and collaboration", and cultivate a group of innovative talents with excellent academics. The prize was first selected in 2007. The award target was undergraduate, master, and doctoral students from the National University of Forestry and Gong University of Forestry and the University of Forestry and related majors.

Come to know the three students who have won the "Liang Xi Excellent Student Award" at Southwest Forestry University:

Wang Ting is mainly engaged in research on the classification and protection biology of the ferns. During the school period, he presided over 1 graduate program and school -level scientific and technological innovation projects; published 13 research papers, including 3 SCI papers and 2 CSCD papers with the first author; participated in the writing of plant diversity related works 2 department. He has won the bronze award of the "China Overlord Fern Plants" combination, the "Fern Plants Photography Contest" silver award, "Internet+" Yunnan Provincial Gold Award and National Scholarship.

Chen Jianxin, during the school, was awarded the 2019-2020 outstanding graduate students, the provincial three -good students of 2020-2021, and the 2021 Graduate Provincial Government Scholarship. He presided over 1 graduate project of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and participated in the completion of the project of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education; the first author published two papers in "Plant Disease" and published the paper in "Journal of Plant Pathology" with the first author of the first author. 1 article, published 7 core journals in Chinese with the first author or the first author; 5 items for publishing practical and invention patents.

Li Jiangfei was awarded a scholarship from the Yunnan Provincial Government during the school, and obtained the honorary titles of "Outstanding Graduate of Yunnan Province", "Excellent Party Workers" and "Excellent League Members" of Southwest Forestry University; published 6 papers as the first author of the first author 2. Participate in 3 scientific research projects and 2 patents in invention; he has served as a propaganda member of the 11th Party Branch of the Graduate School of Graduate School and Secretary of the Second Party Branch of the Graduate School of Forestry.
