According to the "Notice", the education charges in the period of 2022 are implemented in accordance with the charge items and standards approved by the provincial and municipal development and reform departments.

In the duty -stage education, public primary and secondary schools are exempt from school miscellaneous fees, textbook fees, information fees, and work fees; private primary and secondary schools are 650 yuan per year per student, 850 yuan per student per year Fees and job fees. Rural public primary and secondary schools are exempt from accommodation fees; urban public and private primary and secondary schools reduce accommodation fees in accordance with the standards of 200 yuan per year.

In addition, in high school education, ordinary high school tuition and accommodation fees shall be implemented in accordance with the documents of the Qiong price Fei Tale [1999] No. [1999]; secondary vocational schools refer to Qiong Caijiao [2013] No. 291, Qiong Caijiao [2015] No. 756, implement. Socialized student apartment accommodation fees in junior high school, high school, and vocational schools shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Qiong price fee [2012] No. 324. In terms of service charges and agency charges, it is implemented in accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Hainan Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for Services and Primary Schools of Hainan Province" (Qiongfu Office [2017] No. 124).

The "Notice" requires that the "first leader responsibility system", improve the publicity system, standardize the charging behavior, and strictly prohibit illegal charges. All units should strengthen leadership, build rules and regulations, and establish and improve the charging work leadership and management mechanism of the unit. The main leaders of each unit are fully responsible for the charging work of the unit. All units shall publicize the charging items and charging standards before the school will be publicized at the campus's eye -catching position and take photos to prepare for inspection; improve the transparency of the charging work and consciously accept social supervision.

At the same time, public high school schools and kindergartens collect tuition fees (education fees), uniformly open the "Hainan Provincial Government's Non -tax Revenue General Payment Book", implement the "two lines of income and expenditure", and timely pay fiscal households. For units that increase the charging items, increase the charging standards, take off the charges without authorization, and do not implement publicity in accordance with regulations, the Haikou Education Bureau will be dealt with seriously.

The "Notice" also encourages online payment. It is hoped that all units should promote the use of education payment platforms such as Alipay and WeChat to reduce cash collection and facilitate parents' payment.
