Following the excellent evaluation in 2016, the key laboratory of the Ministry of Sea Aquaculture Education of Ocean University of China, the key laboratory of the Ministry of Ocean Biological and Breeding Education again won the excellence.

It is reported that of the 118 colleges and universities participating in this evaluation, only two universities participated in the evaluation of laboratories and all of them, and all of them have won only two universities. The last two rounds of evaluation are only 15 of the excellent laboratories.

Of the 201 laboratory in the field of life, 31 laboratory evaluation results were excellent, 150 laboratory evaluation results were good, and 20 laboratory rectification may not be approved.

In order to improve the management level of school laboratory management, give full play to the role of the laboratory's innovative platform and effectively support the construction of first -class universities, and accumulate valuable experience.

At present, the construction of scientific research bases in Ocean University of China is being promoted in an all -round way, helping the school's "14th Five -Year Plan" high -quality development. Ocean science and biology disciplines were approved by the first batch of Shandong Province Basic Science Research Center; the marine mathematics and technology joint laboratory jointly established by the school and the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Mathematics and Systems; "Marine Food Biotechnology Innovation Center"; multiple provincial and municipal key laboratories, technical innovation centers and engineering research centers were approved.
