After the three -year service period, Wu Luyi couldn't give up his emotions to the plateau, and applied for the Secret Class of the Tibetan Academy of Education with a mentality of trying to see. Unexpectedly, he was successfully admitted and became a college student trained in Tibet. After getting the admission notice, Wu Luyi secretly determined: "Since Tibet chose me, I stayed and did a career here."

In the late 1990s, Tibet vigorously promoted the six -year compulsory education of elementary schools, and the teachers needed to grow and strengthen. After graduating from Wu Luyi, he became a primary school teacher with several students in the same class.

"I am not studying in a teacher, nor do I have teaching experience. Can I teach it?" Wu Luyi was embarrassed. Before he went to work, he was a student first. Local organization teachers' training, he actively participated in any discipline, taking notes, writing experiences, and trying, "I am too busy to sleep and eat, and sometimes dreaming for lessons."

In the experience of "taking the horse in the horse" in Chaoya County's expansion of the Township Card Elementary School, Wu Luyi still remembered: "I really ride a horse." Wu Luyi, who was born in rural areas, was very difficult to experience the growth of children in the mountains. He knows that only through learning can children go out of the mountain and change their destiny. He did not slack in teaching. Some students couldn't keep up with their learning progress. Wu Luyi took time after class and explained patiently for them. Some students dropped out of school for various reasons. In the cold winter, he rushed to visit the snow and snow, and worked hard to persuade them to return to the campus.

Wu Luyi is also responsible for the teaching of many disciplines such as school Chinese, English. During the lecture, he found that the student's Chinese foundation was weak, so he tried to teach them the songs learned when they were soldiers in order to correct their pronunciation and cultivate their hard work character and the aspirations of protecting the country. In the past 24 years, Wu Luyi has taught in Gangka Elementary School, Jitang Town Primary School, and Xiangduo Town Primary School.
