[China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week] Guizhou University-Beijing Language University Exchange Symposium was held

On the morning of August 25th, the Guizhou University-Beijing Language University Exchange Symposium was held in the conference room of Xianzheng Building 311 in the West Campus. Liu Li, president of Beijing Language University, and Li Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guizhou University, attended the meeting, and representatives of the relevant departments of the two parties attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Dalin, vice president of Guizhou University.

At the meeting, Li Jianjun extended a warm welcome to Guizhou University, the president of Beijing Language University, and introduced the basic situation of the school. He said that for decades, Beijing Language University has kept positive innovation, cultivated many talents, spread Chinese culture to the world, and established friendly cooperation with many countries. This year is the fifteenth time that China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week is held in Guiyang. I hope to take this opportunity to promote exchanges and cooperation with Guizhou University and Beijing Language University. At the same time, on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of Guizhou University, the Beijing Language University was invited to meet with the Xiangxiang Ceremony to narrate friendship and talk about the future.

Liu Li introduced the basic situation of Beijing Language University from the aspects of running school characteristics, talent training, platform resources, foreign cooperation and exchanges. He said that the construction of Guizhou University has accumulated a deep humanistic heritage for a century, played an important role in southwest higher education, and sent a large number of talent resources to the Southwest region, and made important contributions to economic and social development. He said that Chairman Mao Zedong personally wrote the name of the two schools, which made a fate for the friendship between the two schools. He hoped that the two parties would strengthen cooperation and contact in the future and talk about future development. At the same time, I sincerely congratulate Guizhou University's 120th anniversary, and wish Guizhou University a flourishing day, and then show a grand picture.

At the symposium, the participants discussed and exchanged discussions on the joint training of talents, international exchanges and cooperation, resource sharing and platform co -construction.
