It can be seen that to a certain extent, the verification can indeed bring a sense of security beyond the degree of the job seeker. This has also become an important reason why many college students are keen to verify. In fact, the essence of college students' work hard to verify is the universal mentality of "too much skills" and "more guarantee", which also reflects the employment anxiety of college students.
College students should fully realize that more certificates are not a necessary bargaining chip for good jobs. The vocational qualification certificate verification is the occupational qualifications necessary for a certain occupation, but the obtaining these certificates does not mean that the certificate holder must be competent for the corresponding work, let alone show that the certificate holder has full professional ability. The research itself is just a kind of appearance. The deep problem is the basic verification of professional capabilities and the future career planning of holders. If you blindly obtain various qualification certificates, think that "the more you have a certificate, the more you do the road", the result can only be "back road", but it is still unclear to choose which way to go and what kind of occupation to engage in.
When college students are blindly verified, they will also pay higher time and money costs. Each research needs to invest a lot of time and energy in reviewing the test preparation, registration and other links, and the expensive prices of many research training will also increase the economic burden of college students. In particular, those qualified certificates with high degree of recognition in the industry have put forward higher requirements for the professional literacy of the certificate and the comprehensive ability of the future industry, and it is difficult for college students to form a professional literacy in the short term. Blind investment costs may not bring real employment opportunities due to the qualification certificate. At the same time, many college students are busy with verification. On the surface, they are very busy and have no time to spend college time, but they lose the opportunity to interact with the daily interaction with the teacher and classmates. Some regrets.
To this end, college students should rationally look at the phenomenon of "verification heat", and further clarify that the verification itself is not a goal, but to achieve its own career planning. Positioning is precise design, and you must not only care about the need in front of your eyes. With the rapid development of the economy and society, the new social division of labor and new occupations have continuously formed, and at the same time, the professional qualifications that match it. What kind of professional qualification certificate to obtain is a question that college students must think carefully before the study of college students. While clarifying their own development positioning, college students should take reasonable and targeted, and accurately obtain those qualification certificates that match their professional development.
At the same time, college students' "research fever" also reflects the current shortcomings of my country's colleges and universities in terms of professional planning guidance. To this end, colleges and universities should further guide college students to judge the employment situation and their own development truth in the employment guidance curriculum system and daily employment consulting services, and make rational suggestions for the future development of college students. In addition, it should also actively guide college students to clarify the qualifications of relevant occupations, jointly analyze the rationality, necessity, and the scientific nature of their own verification decisions, avoid the bad mentality of blind research, and promote the scientific planning career of college students in a targeted manner.
