2. Qualification confirmation

The organizer organizes experts to review the projects and corporate conditions of the registration enterprise, and at the same time meet the participating projects and participating enterprise conditions to enter the nano industry technology innovation professional competition.

03-competition arrangement

The nano industry technology innovation professional competition arrangement is divided into three stages:

The first stage: local associations organize recommendation and enterprise independent registration

Third stage: National Finals

04-A review form

The 11th Contest Finals adopts the "on -site defense and bright points on the spot" to open to the public, recording and staying in the whole process. In the competition, notarization of notarized personnel was invited.

1. The preliminary and finals adopt group competitions. Participating companies draw separately according to the initial creation and growth groups, and responded according to the results of the lottery.

2. The preliminary and finals adopt a 8+7 mode defense form, that is, the contestants stated for 8 minutes, and answered the judges for 7 minutes.

3. The competition score is 100 points, consisting of judges (A) and off -site voting scores (B). The judgments are 95%of the decentralized weight and 5%voting decentralized weight. Enterprise final score = A+B

4. The judges score on the spot, independent scores, retain one after the decimal point, the score on the spot, and announced the scoring results of the judges on the participating companies. A = Judge score on site*95%

5. The highest voting score is 5 points. B = Corporate votes/the highest number of votes for enterprises*5

05-award settings

1. According to the final score of the participating enterprises, one first prize, 2 second prizes, and three third prizes in the growth enterprise group, 3 prizes, and 1 first, second, and third prizes in startups.

2. The organizer will adjust the number of prizes based on the number of enterprise registration. If the higher prizes appear side by side, the number of awards will be reduced, and the number of awards will remain unchanged. If the last one of the third prize will appear side by side, one third prize will be added.

3. Other companies that have not received rankings in the finalists are excellent companies, and all companies participating in the competition finals awarded honorary certificates.

For the first prize, second prize, and third prize of the final prize, the second prize, and the third prize of the finals of the Nano Industry Technology Innovation Professional Contest, and introduce the award -winning projects to the newly established enterprises in Guangzhou Development Zone, 500,000 yuan, 250,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan are given respectively award.

06-Enterprise conditions

1. Enterprises have innovative capabilities and high growth potential. They are mainly engaged in nanomaterials, nano -manufacturing, and their business in electronics, energy, environment, health and other related fields. They have intellectual property rights and disputes with immortal rights.

2. Participants are non -listed enterprises for business specifications, good social reputation, no bad records.

3. The company's operating income in 2021 does not exceed 200 million yuan.

4. Professional competitions are in accordance with the start -up enterprise group and the growth enterprise group. Enterprises after the industrial and commercial registration date after January 1, 2021 (inclusive) can participate in the start -up competition, and other companies participate in the growth enterprise group competition.

5. The growth group of the national finals of the nano industry technology innovation professional competition must obtain the registration number of technology -based SMEs.

6. In the first six sessions of the "Nano Star" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest and the 10th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest, companies that have won the ranking or single award of the Nanxan Industry Technology Innovation Professional Competition shall not continue to participate in the professional competition.

7. Enterprises in the first ten China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest or the national finals or the national industry finals won one, two, three or one, two, and three prizes.

8. If the winning award is won, it must be owned by the participating companies.

07-service policy

1. Pre -match training

During the contest, the content of innovation and entrepreneurship training will be arranged, including special training such as legal risk prevention and control, financing, incentive mechanism design, marketing, and case analysis of legal risks.

2. Land service

For winning companies with willingness to land, the organizing committee can recommend innovative incubators, crowd -creation space, and nano technology industry bases in various regions.

3. Resource docking

The award -winning enterprises will give priority to support for the contests. The contest cooperation bank will give me a credit support for loans; freely participate in the nano industry forums and industrial docking activities organized by the alliance.

4. Propaganda service
