On the afternoon of June 15, the 14th Confucius Institute Council of Dalian University of Technology-Belarusian University of Belarus was successfully held through the form of an online video conference. Guo Dongming, President of Dalian University of Technology, Lu Anhui, assistant to the principal, Andre Corol, the head of Belarus, the head of the State University of Belarus, the first president, Dmitry Medvevev, the vice president of the international and teaching affairs Constantine Card Zatayev attended the meeting. On the occasion of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the two universities are about to deepen the cooperation between the two universities, and the friendship is stable and far away.

The meeting reviewed and approved the "Work Summary of the Confucius Institute from 2021-2022 and the Work Plan of 2022-2023", "2021-2022 Confucius Financial Terminus and the Financial Budget of 2022-2023". With all the directors, the work report and financial budget for the Confucius Institute were unanimously passed. The principals of both China and Bai also signed a rural calculation report and an annual funding supplementary agreement.

The Confucius Institute of the Republic of Belarusian University of Belarus has undergone sixteen years of steady development, its popularity and international influence have been continuously improved. Unique brands have far -reaching influence, becoming an important window for local people to understand China and make important contributions to international exchanges.
