Students of Xi'an Petroleum University have achieved great achievements in the Chinese college student CHEM-E-CAR competition

Recently, the 6th "2022 Chinese University Student CHEM-E-CAR Competition" was grandly held at Central North University. More than 120 universities such as Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, and Tianjin University, 28 competition teams standing on the same stage after EDP document review, security inspection, school preliminary competition and regional selection. After two days of fierce competition, the Western Iron Man team composed of undergraduates such as Chemical, Machinery, and Automation of Xi'an Petroleum University participated for the first time and successfully advanced to the National Finals. The honorary title of Outstanding Sports Ethics Award has successfully achieved the school's zero breakthrough in the top of the industry.

It is understood that the Chem-E-CAR Competition is an international competition for world college students initiated by the American Chemical Engineers Society (AICHE). Essence In order to exercise and improve the comprehensive ability of Chinese college students to use chemical engineering skills and cross-disciplinary applications, it was initiated by Tianjin University. The three generals represent the CHEM-E-CAR competition in the United States at the end of the AICHE Annual Conference. In recent years, the teams selected by the Chinese region have achieved great results in international competitions. The event comprehensively covers 6 technical graduation requirements including engineering knowledge, problem analysis, design/development solutions, and the basic content of 6 non -technical graduation requirements including engineering and society, environment and sustainable development, and individual and team. The effective way to achieve capabilities and quality is an important starting point for improving students' ability to solve complex engineering problems and shaping the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.
