From four aspects of classroom teaching, operation management, education evaluation, and after -school service, the "Plan" put forward work requirements, improves the coordinated education mechanism in the school and outside the school, and builds a good ecology of education.
The "Plan" proposes that Shenzhen is based on the "five education", guiding schools to continuously optimize the curriculum system, in -depth promotion of demonstration and discussion activities, and eliminating various types of advanced teaching behaviors. Shenzhen is guided by "high classroom teaching quality, light student assignment burden, and excellent student academic quality". It is planned to optimize the classrooms teaching methods.
Shenzhen takes the special action of the principal's curriculum leadership as an important part of the improvement of teachers' teaching ability, and explores a new way of teaching and research on the "guidance of the companion group"; Shenzhen has selected 100 municipal -level burden reduction and quality demonstration teaching and research group through each year The special training of teachers' teaching ability will be improved to improve the teaching ability of teachers. In addition, Shenzhen actively explores the use of information technology, strengthens the analysis and diagnosis of the completion of the operation, implements teachers' assignment design ability to improve the training project, and comprehensively improves the level of teacher operation design.
In the process of implementing the "double reduction" process, how to better give full play to the strength of home and school cooperation and effectively reduce the burden on students? The "Plan" proposes to strengthen operations to reduce the burden of homes and schools, guide home -school collaboration to promote the "six management" such as student operations and sleep, and jointly implement the burden reduction action focusing on "three minus and three increases". The "Plan" emphasizes that after the completion of the homework in the school, parents should not increase students' extra -curricular homework or require students to participate in off -school discipline training.
In order to reduce measures such as "mechanical brushing questions", Shenzhen will also establish a compulsory education and teaching quality testing mechanism. Shenzhen regularly organizes the teaching quality testing activities of grades in the third to nineth grade of the school in Shenzhen's compulsory education stage. The quality testing of grades and disciplines is adopted for quality testing. There are no more than 30%of the random students. The "Plan" requires to effectively strengthen the management of the exam frequency, reduce the test pressure, and improve the evaluation method. Shenzhen is strictly forbidden to publish students' performance and ranking in any way during compulsory education.
The "Plan" proposes that Shenzhen will fund the compulsory education phase of school after -class service in accordance with the standard of 1,000 yuan per student per year, establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for funding standards, and encourage teachers in our school to actively participate and obtain reasonable remuneration. In order to reduce the burden on after -school service, Shenzhen guides the school to strengthen the role of public welfare and non -profit after -school service cooperation with surrounding venues and bases, and overall the role of communities and other after -school services and holiday custody services.
