When I first joined the work, I was in a strong man, and I thought I could "show a grand picture." But when I walk into the classroom and face students, I often have the confusion of "useless martial arts": how can students "remember, use, and test well"? I often find answers from school libraries and education journals. I remember that when I learned that the school cleaned up the reading room, many newspapers and periodicals would be sold as waste paper. I immediately asked the principal to "walk the back door" and wanted to screen some waste books and periodicals. The principal agreed to me quickly. I chose dozens of publications of "education and scientific research" and "discipline teaching" to study. Since then, I have loved teaching research and felt the charm of the profession of teachers.

In the 1990s, I was ignorant about teaching and research, but actively participated in various classroom teaching competitions and teaching plan evaluation activities at all levels, and tried to submit to educational publications. The manuscript was returned and retreated. The article did not publish an article. Good intentions persuaded that good people were ridiculed, and I was still enthusiastic and continued. Instead of getting the gain, when I first saw my own text and name into a formal word, I was so happy that I jumped like a child.

After serving as the middle level of the school, I saw a good article on the publication, just as the treasure, and quickly collected. So far, there are hundreds of newspapers and magazines collected at home. I don't know how to read, write, and submit it tirelessly. At first, although there were many "stones sinking the sea", I still "stunned" between education publications and enjoyed myself. "Kung Fu is worthy of the people." After publishing several clumsy works in "Railway Education" and "Shandong Education", the manuscript was hired by national core journals, which added a lot of confidence to me.

In 2002, due to the needs of work, I created the magazine of the school magazine "Thinking" (formerly the first publication in the history of the Tai'an Railway Middle School in the Jinan Railway Bureau of Shandong), and opened a garden for teachers and students. This school journal made me exercise. At first, the manuscript, review, typing, typesetting, and distribution were all borne by me. As soon as I had the opportunity, I slipped into the classrooms of excellent teachers, took the director of the family, and made my own education and teaching work often renewed. In October 2004, I was adjusted to work in the school's teaching department. I had a soft spot for teaching and research, and ushered in my second youth.
