Second, application conditions

(1) Candidates should have the following conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Comply with the constitution, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership and socialist system of the Communist Party of China;

3. Have good political quality, moral character and professional literacy;

4. Body conditions and psychological quality with normal performance responsibilities;

5. Have the requirements for education, majors, age, duty (executive) qualifications, and work experience required for recruitment positions. The calculation deadline for related work experience and age is the first day of the registration work;

6. Other conditions stipulated in laws, regulations and policies.

(2) Those who have one of the following circumstances shall not participate in the application:

3. Recruitment procedure

The recruitment work is conducted in accordance with the procedures such as registration, qualification review, examination evaluation, inspection and physical examination, publicity and approval, and appointment procedures.

(1) Registration

2. Registration requirements

Each candidate is limited to a recruitment position. Candidates in the province bring the following materials to the on -site registration of the recruitment authority. Candidates outside the province can provide a copy by letter or email within the time limit of the registration (subject to the postmark). Or scan the registration, the registration address, contact person, contact number, e -mail (see Annex 2). Registration requires the following materials:

(1) "Registration Form for the Employment System of Qinghai Province" (see Annex 3);

(2) 2 photos (certificate photos, recent colored frontal-free 1-inch photos, the background color is blue, the JPG specification is 20K-50K);

(3) I have a valid ID card, education and degree certificate (foreign education, degree must issue certification materials for the national education department), the qualification certificate, and professional and technical qualification certificate of the vocational (dedicated) industry;

(4) In recent years, the main work performance (achievement) and related certification materials.

(2) Qualification review

Each recruitment authority conducts qualification review of the candidates, and the qualification review of candidates in the province is carried out simultaneously with the on -site registration. The provincial candidates took the original information of the relevant information 2 days before the written test to conduct the recruitment authority for qualification review. Qualification review runs through the entire process of recruitment. Candidates should be responsible for the information and information submitted by the applicants. Those who falsify all fakes will be disqualified and recorded in the integrity file once they are verified.

(3) Examination and evaluation

Examination evaluation is organized by each recruitment authority and completed before October 20. Take written tests, interviews, professional knowledge evaluation, professional quality evaluation and other methods. The specific test time shall be notified separately by the appointment authority.

(1) Written test: The political quality and professional level that the applicants should have and the professional theoretical knowledge and professional level that the appointment should be available. The written test is 100 points, accounting for 30%of the total score of the examination evaluation.

(2) Interview: Determine each position to enter the interview candidate according to the score of the written test from a high score to a low score. The interview mainly tests the personal professional literacy, professional and technical capabilities and business level of the applicants. It is performed in various methods such as interview+professional knowledge evaluation, professional quality evaluation. It is determined by the recruitment authority, accounting for 70%of the total scores of the examination evaluation.

(4) Investigation and medical examinations and medical examinations are implemented by each recruitment authority and completed before November 10. According to the test scores, the inspection and physical examination objects are determined from the ratio of the number of recruitment from high to low. The inspection refers to the implementation of the "Notice on Doing a Better Inspection Work", and the medical examination shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Medical Examination (Trial) of Civil Servants (Trial)". Those who abandon the physical examination, inspect or physical examination, and unqualified inspection can be replenished from high to low scores from high to low scores according to the corresponding position test.

(5) Publicity and approval

1. Determine recruiters. The recruitment agency selects the best person to determine the appointment personnel according to the examination evaluation, inspection situation and medical examination results, and report to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.

2. Publicity and approval. The publicity period is 5 working days. During the publicity period, if there is a problem that there are problems, the qualifications are disqualified. (6) Appointment for appointment

(7) Salary
