The Department of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Region and the Education Department of the Autonomous Region issued a trial "Guidelines for the Institute of Publicity of the Outside Training Institutions of Guangxi Culture and Art (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Admission Guidelines (Trial)"). In terms of training venues, the "Admission Guidelines (Trial)" stipulates that the organizers must not choose schools such as dangerous houses, factory buildings, basement, garage, etc. running schools that are not suitable for running schools and hidden dangers. If the organizer is opened with its own places, the property right certificate of the opening place shall be provided; if it is opened at the lease place, the lease contract (agreement) with legal effect shall be provided. The lease period should generally be not less than 2 years.

The "Admission Guidelines (Trial)" stipulates that during the training process, the training institutions shall not open the content of discipline courses in the name of cultural and artistic training in any form. The training time must not conflict with local primary and secondary schools, and the end of the training must not be later than 20:30. It is also proposed that training for primary and secondary school students shall not use training loans to pay training fees. Do not charge or disguise the time of recharge, secondary cards and other forms at one time.

At the same time, it is required to hire teachers to have a college degree or above, and hold the "Teacher Qualification Certificate" or corresponding occupational certificate issued by the government departments.
