The domestic degree certificate that has been awarded since September 2008 has registered in the degree -granting information submission (filing) system, and the student can conduct online inquiry and electronic certification through the "Xuexin Archives" of Xuexin.com (that is, apply for free application "China "Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree"), no longer accepts and issue written certification reports.

Those who obtain a degree in fresh graduates shall conduct online inquiries and electronic certification in the degree -granting information submission (filing) system, and in principle, no written certification reports will be not accepted and issued in principle.

Bachelor, master, and doctoral degree certificates granted by institutions such as domestic colleges, scientific research institutes and other institutions obtained before September 2008, and military colleges and universities certificates that have not been registered in the information submission (filing) system in the degree awarding information submission (filing) system. You can apply for a written authentication report for free online (that is, the "China Higher Education Degree Certification Report").

For example, the information (or filing) system in the domestic degree certificate and degree awarding information (or school archive information) in the system holds is inconsistent, please contact the degree award unit (institutions such as higher education institutions, scientific research institutions, etc.) Apply for electronic certification reports or written certification reports.

The domestic degree certificate can only apply and issue a written certification report once, and will not repeat the acceptance. If the certification report is lost or multiple reports are required, you can download the printing electronic version report through the certification report query page. From now on, the application for the English certification report of the domestic degree will no longer be accepted. If necessary, you can apply for a translation of the "Xuexin Archives".
