On August 4th, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice saying that the Guangdong Provincial Public Institutions in 2022 have concentrated on the recruitment of college graduates' written tests on July 23. The written test score is announced in the "Guangdong Provincial Public Institution Public Recruitment Information Management System (Candidate Registration)" (https://ggfw.gdhrss.gov.cn/sydwbk), candidates can log in to inquiries.
According to the previously released recruitment announcement, 1,4008 institutions at all levels in the province were released. The employees are the prepars of public institutions and enjoy the salary and benefits stipulated by the state and provincial policies.
The announcement shows that the passage of the written test is determined by the personnel comprehensive management department of public institutions at or above the county level at the basis of coordinating considerations of the talent needs of public institutions and the basic ability of employment personnel in the region. Among the candidates who pass the written test, the interview target is determined according to the level of the candidate's performance and the number of job recruiters at a ratio of 1: 5. If the number of candidates who pass the written test is 1: 5, enter the interview according to the actual number of qualified persons.
The list of interviewers and the qualified scores of the interview were announced on the website of the recruitment unit or its competent department portal. Before the interview, the recruitment unit or its competent authority will conduct on -site qualification review whether the interview object meets the basic conditions of this announcement and the specific conditions of the application position. If the interview target does not participate in the qualification review and interview at the prescribed time, it is deemed to have given up automatically; if the document (certificate) is incomplete and cannot be completed before the end of the qualification review, or it is inconsistent with the qualification conditions of the application, the interview is eligible.
The interview is organized by the recruitment unit or its competent authority according to the needs of the position, adopting structured interviews, trial lectures, business assessment and skill testing. The specific arrangements for the interview shall be notified separately by the recruitment unit or its competent department.
The total test score is 50%of the written test scores and 50%of the interview score.
