The "Western MBA Teachers Training" project originally started in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, the National MBA Education and Independence Commission and the Yangtze River jointly launched the "Western MBA Universities Joint Plan" to organize three-phase teacher training, which is committed to improving teachers in universities and business schools in underdeveloped regions in my country. In 2018, the Secretariat of the National MBA Education Commission and the Changjiang Business School once again organized and implemented the Western MBA teacher training program to further promote the comprehensive implementation of the Western MBA education and curriculum reform, and improve the balanced development of my country's MBA education.

As of this year, more than 500 MBA teachers from more than 100 colleges and universities from all over the central and western provinces have participated in the project. The project has received positive evaluation and warm feedback from MBA training colleges.
