Inclusive private kindergarten is determined once a year
The "Measures" stipulate that the identification of inclusive private kindergartens should meet the six major conditions, namely: regulate school running, rational compliance, financial management standards, standards for school management, implementing scientific education, faculty and wages and benefits in accordance with the law.
The "Measures" specially requires that inclusive private kindergartens should reasonably arrange children to live one day, take games as the basic activities, scientifically carry out conservation education activities, and have no tendency to "primary school". At the same time, the total salary of the whole park is not lower than 60%of the income of education in that year, and the wage level of teachers reaches the standards of private kindergarten teachers' wage guidance standards stipulated by the county (city, district) or above education and other education departments.
According to regulations, inclusive private kindergartens are determined once a year, and the validity period is three years after identification. The recognized inclusive private kindergarten can be transferred to the next cycle after reviewing the validity period.
Regarding the withdrawal mechanism, the Measures stipulate that in accordance with the voluntary principles, the identified inclusive private kindergartens can apply for withdrawal from inclusive private kindergartens, but except for the new urban community supporting kindergartens that are identified as inclusive private kindergartens. If inclusive private kindergartens apply for exit within the validity period, they shall apply to the education department of the county (city, district) in writing and return the fiscal subsidies obtained within the validity period.
