How much is the subsidiary of employment?

How long can it take?

As long as it is a legal operation, sound system, and standardized management, you can apply to become an employment apprentice unit, organize a trainee activity, and the trainee time is 3 to 12 months.

The specific subsidy standards are determined by the provinces. If the retention rate at full apprenticeship period reaches more than 50%, the standard can be improved.

Subsidy subsidies must be specially used, that is, they can only be used to pay basic living expenses during trainees, handle personal accident insurance insurance for trainees, and guidance and management expenses for trainees.

What materials need to be provided?

You need to provide 4 materials:

First, a copy of the basic identity category (or graduation certificate) of the trainee personnel;

The second is the employment trainee agreement;

Third, the unit issued basic living subsidy details (order);;

The fourth is to apply for a copy of personal accident insurance invoice for trainees.

After the above materials are reviewed by the human resources and social security department, the subsidy funds will be paid to the unit bank account.

If the trainee period is not full and signed a labor contract with the trainee, the remaining time limit for trainees will be given to the trainee unit. This policy continues to the end of 2022.
