Recently, Lingshou Guardian High School suspected of running a school in violation of the rules has aroused the attention of some media and netizens. The Municipal Education Bureau immediately conducted an investigation with the Lingshou County Education Bureau, and the investigation and handling situation was notified as follows.

Lingshou Guardian Senior High School is a private high school in 1998 with the approval of the Municipal Education Bureau. In March 2019, Lingshou Protector High School signed the "Cooperation Agreement" with Hebei Huina Education Investment Co., Ltd. to open a special class outside Lingshou County, and entrusted the company to assist in the 2019 municipal enrollment work. In 2019, the Municipal Education Bureau's Lingshou Guardian High School's local student student enrollment plan was 660, and then 80 of them were adjusted to the foreign -to -city student enrollment plan. During the enrollment process, the company signed the "Undergraduate Academic Agreement" with the 101 students of 380 points in the middle school entrance examination. According to the survey, all new students in the 2019 level of escorting high schools were all attended in Lingshou County. In August 2020, Lingshou Guardian High School was demolished and identified as a Class C 90 bungalow, and built new teaching buildings and restaurants. Due to the nervousness of students, the school leases the Shijiazhuang Yingse Vocational Technical Secondary School in Tancheng District to solve the problem of some students' reading. After verification, the 2019 students of Lingshou Guardian High School have ordinary high school students, and in June 2022, they took the college entrance examination in Lingshou County to obtain a normal high school graduation certificate.

In response to illegal running behaviors such as super -plan enrollment and false admissions promotion of Lingshou Prudential High School, the Municipal Education Bureau made a nuclear reduction of 200 enrollment plans in accordance with the law and 10 points for deducting the school's reputation points. The school made a deep inspection and reported criticism throughout the city. Aiming at Hebei Huina Education Investment Co., Ltd. illegally signed the "Undergraduate Academic Agreement" and charged the cost of students, and the Municipal Education Bureau instructed Lingshoujian Driving Senior Middle School Refund amount. At present, the refund amount of 101 students' refund of 12,000 yuan per person has been refunded, with a total refund of 1.212 million yuan.
