On July 30, the Eighth Zhejiang International "Internet+" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest, the 8th Zhejiang International "Internet+" College Student Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition, hosted by Zhejiang Provincial Committee, Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League The University of Science and Technology came to an end. Our school participated in 5 gold awards, 9 silver awards, and the gold awards ranked 4th in the provincial university (excluding international tracks). The school has won the Outstanding Organization Award.

The provincial "Internet+" contest was officially launched in February. It is divided into three stages: school -level preliminary competition, provincial rematch (online review) and provincial finals (road show defense). The school pays close attention to the competition. On July 10, the teacher -student mobilization conference participating in the provincial final project was organized. Zhao Yingjun, vice president of Zhejiang University of Technology and Industry, cheered for the participating team. After the mobilization meeting, the entrepreneurial college led the four -phase preparation training. The relevant departments of the school gave full support during the preparation process to achieve good results.

The theme of this contest is "I dare to break through and I will create". It aims to cultivate college students' innovative consciousness, creative thinking, creative ability and entrepreneurial spirit of our province, guide college students to advocate science, pursue truth, and further improve independent innovation and entrepreneurial ability. Since the start of Zhejiang Division, it has attracted 46,500 projects and 359,000 people from 125 schools in the province to participate, and the participation rate of universities in the province has reached 26.18%.

Since the selection and cultivation of the project of Zhejiang University of Technology and Commerce, since the end of last year, it has attracted a total of 6,073 projects of 938 projects, with a participation rate of 28.43%. Through the selection of text review and on -site defense, a total of 37 projects (including 7 international track projects) were recommended to participate in the provincial rematch network review, and 15 projects were finalized in the finals. It is reported that the National Tournament will be held in Chongqing University in September.
