Chinese teachers have been dealing with "books" in their lives. Therefore, Chinese teachers really do not have the problem of "pleasing others". Reading, let them always "please themselves."

"Reading, teaching, writing, and writing books", almost all of my life. In the past, this is still the case in the future. I have nothing to do. In my cognition, the book is first read to myself, and it is also read to the students. Two things do each thing, or it was originally one thing. What I want to do is to keep our "spiritual self -study" with my students.

Why read?

Reading is first of all for yourself, but for Chinese teachers, reading is of course for yourself, but it is not yourself that he ultimately benefits. Isn't it a beautiful thing?

In my opinion, first -class teachers read for themselves, second -rate teachers read for students, and third -class teachers do not read. Reading for students, what books do you need to read, it seems selfless, it is utilitarian, and it is easy to be placed by the college entrance examination. Today's college entrance examinations cannot be scored by children who are real reading. It is indeed a problem. This makes many Chinese teachers no longer read books. In the end, the "seeds" of reading have transformed into the "model" of the question. Students naturally have fallen into a tool.

Reading is not a result, but there will be results. When I was thirty years old, I got a Chinese teacher who had to read by a Chinese senior. Facing the different books, the reading method is different. Most books only need to be browsed, and they have read it; some need to be "啃", such as "Historical Records". You have to read it again, changes in age and situation, and feel your own changes. As for the Analects, you need to read it every day. You have to read it with your eyes, but also have to read it with your heart.

My results are reading, but not only stop at "reading" or "read", especially classics. Some books are ends in humanities, and they seem to have nothing to gain after reading. In fact, they have precipitated to the bottom of their hearts and internalized into the spirit, which has become the background of life. Some are ends at the behavior of behavior and live, such as the Analects of Confucius, Cheng Yi said, "Reading the Analects of Confucius, it is these people when I read it. There are also some learning, learning and useful, and immediate shadows. After reading, you can increase your knowledge and have a rich life.

Teachers' reading results are found in themselves and more from students; Over the years, I first brought reading into my own class, and then brought reading out of the classroom. Bringing into the classroom is to mobilize in the classroom and link in teaching; bring out the classroom to "support" outside the class to achieve the life of reading.

Reading and writing are a pair of twin sisters. The results of reading lies in reading and writing. A person who really loves reading often presents his results in writing. As a Chinese teacher, I like to dance and make ink, and transform my reading into my own thinking by writing. The teacher moves more, and the students are not lazy. Affected by me, my students also like to write and use pen to record my reading experience. I am most proud of the 2014 students. They all love to read deeply, love books, and addiction to reading. Reading brings them "utilitarian gains". What's more important is that they like to read. Reading has become a necessity for their lives, and this is their lifelong wealth!

Hundreds of years in the world have nothing more than a good family. The first good thing in the world is still reading.

Chinese teachers have the most readable books, covering almost all masterpieces; there are four types of must -read books, and each type cannot be sloppy.
