National First Prize!

From July 28th to 31st, the Second National College Teacher Teaching Innovation Competition, guided by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Chinese Higher Education Society, was held at Xi'an Jiaotong University. The first prize of deputy group of deputy high groups of colleges and universities (including provinces), a college (including the provinces of the province), the first prize of the “Ideological and Political Theory Practice Course” taught by Associate Professor Yin Shengjun, Professor of the School of Physics, The associate professor has won the third prize of the high school and the deputy high group of the universities (including the provinces of the province).

The National College Teachers Teaching Innovation Competition is one of the competitions that are included in the "List of Three Evaluations of the Ministry of Education's Three Evaluations and One Competition Reservation Projects" approved by the Ministry of Education. Since its launch in November 2021, this competition has been selected by 31 regions nationwide in the early stage. 60,879 teachers from 1,195 ordinary undergraduate universities in the country participated in the school competition, 18,407 teachers participated in the provincial competition. In the end, only 205 teachers were shortlisted for the scene.

There are two tracks: universities (including provincial universities) and local colleges and universities in the national competition. Each track is divided into three groups: positive high group, deputy high group, intermediate and below groups. The review session includes three parts: classroom teaching records, reports of curriculum teaching innovation results, and teaching innovation design. Among them, the first two parts are online review, and the teaching innovation design reports are on -site review.

In April of this year, our school participated in the second Heilongjiang Provincial College Teachers Teaching Innovation Competition and the 2nd National College Teacher Teaching Innovation Contest (Longjiang Division) trial final. Professor Meng Qingxin, Associate Professor Yin Shengjun, and Associate Professor Yi Xiaoxiang won the first prize of the Zhenggao and Deputy Gao Group, respectively, and won the qualifications to participate in the national competition on behalf of the Longjiang Division. During the national competition, the school teacher teaching development center organized a team of experts inside and outside the province to conduct multiple trial lecture training activities to help teachers' education and teaching capabilities continued to improve.
